Mini pumpkin souffles
2 mini pumpkins.
2 Tbl. brown sugar
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 cup of heavy cream
1 egg
2 Tbl. powdered sugar
1/4 tes brown sugar
1/4 tes Cinnamon
1 Tbl. butter
1/4 cup pecan's copped
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Method:
Clean mini pumpkins out. Rub the inside of each pumpkin with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Mix together the cream, egg, powered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and pour into pumpkins.
Place the filled pumpkins on a cookie sheet and cake at 350 for 50 min.
Mix together the butter pecans and graham cracker crumbs and sprinkle on top of the souffle. Return the pumpkins to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes. Of course this makes only two so feel free to increase the recipe to fit family & friends
