The 5 Minute Chocolate mug cake

The most dangerous cake in the world! Why? You are only 5 minute away form chocolate cake night or day!!!

4 Tbl of flour

4 Tbl of sugar

2 Tbl of baking cocoa

1 egg

3 Tbl milk

3 Tbl oil

3 Tbl of chocolate chips (optional)

a small splash of vanilla

1 coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (optional) and vanilla, and mix again.

put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. the will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little, and tip out on to a plate if desired. EAT (this can sever 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous.)
